Studio5 Promotions is a division of Strativera and provides custom tents, banners, backdrops, table covers, booth kits, promotional products, and related branded event-display services.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of request, including product type, quantity, artwork needs, delivery location, deadline, and any special requirements.
Pricing may change if project details change, including quantity, size, material, hardware, artwork complexity, shipping requirements, rush timing, or delivery address. Studio5 Promotions will confirm pricing before production begins.
We aim to provide transparent pricing with no hidden setup, rush, or shipping fees unless those charges are clearly disclosed and approved before the order moves forward.
Free Mockups and Design Proofs
Studio5 Promotions may provide free mockups or design assistance before an order is placed. Mockups are for preview and planning purposes only.
Before production begins, customers must approve a final proof. Nothing prints without customer sign-off. It is the customer’s responsibility to review spelling, logo placement, colors, dimensions, quantities, contact information, and all other design details before approval.
Once a proof is approved, Studio5 Promotions is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved proof.
Customer Artwork and Brand Materials
By submitting logos, artwork, images, brand files, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them and authorize Studio5 Promotions to use them for your project.
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork does not violate any trademark, copyright, privacy, or other third-party rights.
Studio5 Promotions may refuse artwork or project requests that are unlawful, offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
Production and Turnaround Times
Production timelines begin after all required information is received, payment terms are satisfied, and the final proof is approved.
Turnaround times are estimates unless a specific delivery date is confirmed in writing. Delays may occur if artwork, proof approval, payment, shipping information, or other required details are incomplete or late.
Shipping and Delivery
Studio5 Promotions offers shipping for approved orders. Delivery estimates depend on production timing, carrier availability, destination, and other logistics.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Studio5 Promotions is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, carrier disruptions, weather, or events outside our control.
If an event-date delivery guarantee is confirmed in writing and Studio5 misses that confirmed deadline for reasons within our control, we will work with you to make it right.
Cancellations and Changes
Orders may be changed or cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations, refunds, or changes may not be available because custom-printed products are made specifically for each customer.
If a change is requested after proof approval, additional charges and timeline changes may apply.
Returns, Replacements, and Defects
Because Studio5 products are custom-made, returns are not accepted for approved designs, customer-supplied errors, color expectations, or changes of preference.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof, contact us promptly at hello@studio5promotions.com with photos and order details. Studio5 Promotions will review the issue and may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or credit depending on the situation.
Color and Material Variations
Printed colors may vary slightly between digital screens, proofs, and finished products. Material texture, lighting, print method, and display settings can affect how colors appear.
Studio5 Promotions works to match approved artwork as closely as possible, but exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
Website Use
You may use this website to learn about Studio5 Promotions, request quotes, request mockups, and contact our team. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape content, or interfere with website functionality.
Intellectual Property
Website content, copy, graphics, layout, branding, and other materials are owned by Studio5 Promotions, Strativera, or their licensors unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse website content without permission.
